Evaluations
We offer a range of speech evaluation services to individuals ages 18 months to 18 years. These services include comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language skills, determine the presence and severity of communication disorders, and identify areas of concern that require targeted intervention. The evaluations may involve standardized assessments, informal observations, and interviews with clients and their families to gather relevant information. The purpose of these evaluations is to provide a thorough and individualized assessment to guide the development of personalized treatment plans and goals.
Private Speech Therapy
Talk to Tots provides specialized pediatric speech therapy tailored to children between the ages of 18 months and 18 years. Our approach is centered on individualized care, where each child's unique developmental requirements are carefully assessed and addressed.
We design customized goals that align with the child's specific needs, focusing on areas such as language acquisition, articulation, fluency, and more. These goals are not one-size-fits-all; rather, they are finely tuned to optimize progress and ensure effective communication skills development.
Moreover, our commitment to excellence extends beyond the initial assessment. Progress is continually monitored and tracked, allowing for adjustments and refinements to the therapy approach as necessary. School-Based Services & Consulting
Talk to Tots provides speech-language therapy services through school contracts for direct therapy services, speech-language evaluations, classroom support, team training, and Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE).
Private School-Based Service
Talk to Tots provides speech-language therapy services to students in several private schools in and around the Richmond area. This allows collaboration between speech therapists and students’ teachers in an educational environment.
